Located on Victoria Street in Fitzroy, the project is a collaboration between Pacasa and B&B Property Group. It envisions several levels of luxurious apartment living within the historic framework of the Fitzroy 1882 ACME shirt factory.

The proposed development features 57 high-end apartments, catering to the sophisticated owner-occupier market of Melbourne’s northern suburbs. The design elements include architecture by DKO Architects, landscape design by Acre, and interiors by Hecker Guthrie.
